large menu beautiful pool area easy access
The breakfast menu offered many choices. I found them filling and of high quality. The pool area was BEAUTIFUL and quiet, ideal. The hotel's location provided easy access to shops and the Monkey Forest.

some issues with noise
early noise unresolved issue
the staff were attentive.
i had some trouble with noise. the pool pump started very early each morning (around 7 am). despite calls to reception, the issue was never resolved. (it was very frustrating)

Good Hotel but Minor Issues
good breakfast bath hub short walk loud pump no follow ups
I am enjoying the location. It is close to cafes and restaurants. The breakfast is really good, I think. The room is big with shower and bath hub choices.
The pool pump is LOUD. It woke me up at 7am. I did not get follow ups to resolve this issue.

fine garden amazing view spacious room prior notice deafening noise
The gardens here are fine. The infinity pool offers amazing views. I found the rooms spacious and comfortable (I really needed that rest).
This happened without any prior notice. We went to the room and couldn't hear each other speak, then knew we would not be staying a minute more.
