The breakfast menu offered many choices. I found them filling and of high quality. The pool area was BEAUTIFUL and quiet, ideal. The hotel's location provided easy access to shops and the Monkey Forest.
The hotel was very busy so it was difficult to find a lounger by the pool on one afternoon.

friendly staff
The location was excellent. I moved easily from a villa far from the downtown area. The staff are amazing. All are friendly and accommodating. They seem to enjoy their jobs.
I went to the room, and I could not hear anyone speaking.

I am enjoying the location. It is close to cafes and restaurants. The breakfast is really good, I think. The room is big with shower and bath hub choices.
The pool pump is LOUD. It woke me up at 7am. I did not get follow ups to resolve this issue.

The gardens here are fine. The infinity pool offers amazing views. I found the rooms spacious and comfortable (I really needed that rest).
This happened without any prior notice. We went to the room and couldn't hear each other speak, then knew we would not be staying a minute more.
